ECM offers, for no extra charge, a one-year warrenty on all of its RadioBoss Two-way radios. This warranty ensures that ECM will repair and or replace any Radioboss Two-way radio, for up to one year, that fails to perform up to our high standards. Contact us for return information and immediate replacement for items that fall under “manufacturers defect”. This warranty does not cover poor performance or breakage due to misuse or accidental damage. Two-way radios that have been set on fire, melted, chewed by guard dogs, etc. will not be covered under the warranty.
