  • Your credit card will be charged for the full retail price of the rented items as listed on our website at the start of the rental. On return as agreed, a credit will be issued to the credit card for the appropriate amount.
  • Rental period will commence on delivery of radios to your location, as estimated by UPS based on the date of shipment from our New York warehouse. If for some reason UPS does not deliver the radios in a timely fashion (More than one day discrepant), please notify us.
  • Damage to or loss of the radios during the rental period until their receipt on return by RadioBoss.com is the responsibility of the customer. Return of the radios to us should be trackable (ie, UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking), with insurance. Any damage to the radios caused by the carrier returning the radios is the responsibility of the customer.
  • For health issues, we believe it is not correct to rent headsets. Headsets are available for purchase with a rental at a 10% discount.
  • Up to one month credit will be issued towards the purchase price of radios within one month of the end of your rental. If the radios rented to the customer are not new radios, at the customer's request they may be returned and new radios will be shipped.
